Lumine Group Inc., a global acquirer of communications and media software businesses, has signed an agreement to acquire Vidispine, a brand and business under Arvato Systems, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.

This acquisition, conducted through a Lumine Group subsidiary, marks the Company’s 15th corporate carve-out transaction and its first acquisition in Germany.

Vidispine, a recognized leader in broadcast management solutions, helps companies optimize media asset management, streamline operations, and unlock the full potential of their content. Known for its focus on innovation and workflow efficiency, Vidispine serves private and public broadcasters globally.
