Grow the GDP of the entertainment economy

The business of entertainment has fundamentally transformed in the last decade. Streamers and YouTube reshaped how content reaches audiences. Capital sources have shifted: traditional studio financing has contracted, while new forms of capital, from tech companies to independent financiers to international players, have emerged. The buyers have gone global. Where domestic broadcasters once anchored the market, now studios, platforms, and buyers span continents. And the methods of creating content have evolved dramatically, with new production technologies and workflows replacing traditional ones.

The industry's plumbing has not kept pace. The connective tissue that links producers to financiers, to buyers, to the service providers who make content happen, was built for a different era. It assumes capital comes from known sources. It assumes buyers are local. It assumes production methods are stable. None of that is true anymore. Every day the supply chain rewires itself, new capital sources, new buyers, new production methods, but the tools professionals use to find each other, to discover opportunity, and to move capital remain fragmented and slow.

That friction costs the industry enormous value. Deals are missed because the right global partner was never found. Projects stall because new forms of financing are invisible to them. Capital stays on the sidelines because it cannot see the opportunity or assess the players. Buyers cannot find the content or the producers that fit their evolving needs. We built Vitrina to change that.

Our mission is to grow the GDP of the entertainment sector by removing the friction that holds it back in this new era. We work on two fronts. We bring more capital into the business of entertainment, by making projects, players, and opportunities visible and credible to the people who fund them, including the new forms of capital that have emerged. And we make the capital and effort already in the system far more productive, by connecting the right partners across borders in real time, keeping pace with the constant rewiring of how the industry works.

When a producer finds the right financing faster, when a global buyer finds the right title, when a service provider finds the work, when a financier can trust what they are backing, the industry does not just move faster. It grows. More projects get made. More capital flows in. More value is created and kept.

That is the pie we are here to expand. Not our share of the industry, but the size of the industry itself.

about us

A living map of the entertainment supply chain

Vitrina continuously monitors the participants of the global entertainment supply chain, profiles them, and maps how they connect. It is a living system, not a static directory. As new players, projects, and deals emerge, they are captured and profiled. The picture is always current. Today, that system spans:

  • 300,000+ companies and growing: streamers, studios, production companies, vendors, and distributors across every market.
  • 3 million+ professionals: cast, crew, and executives, profiled and mapped to their work.
  • 1.6 million+ projects: film, television series, documentaries, animation, and more.
  • Round-the-clock monitoring of deals and transactions: production financing, co-productions, buying, selling, and the licensing of IP and content.
  • 30 million+ mapped relationships: who works with whom, who finances what, who sells to whom.

That last layer is the difference. Anyone can list companies. Vitrina maps the relationships between them, the connective tissue of the supply chain, which is where opportunity actually lives.

VIQI, our Vertical AI for M&E, turns this living map into answers. She is built as a team of specialized agents, each handling a different task, and she shows her thinking as she works: the reasoning, the data, and then the answer. Not a black box, but a transparent system that earns confidence in what it returns.

On top of this foundation sit the ways professionals put Vitrina to work: Membership for intelligence across the business of entertainment, Concierge Outreach for producers seeking financing and for demand generation, Enterprise data services, and the Innovation Hub, home to LeaderSpeak, private briefings, and the Global Entertainment Supply-Chain Digest.

Our Journey.2png

We Believe

Our beliefs are the mechanics of how the sector’s economic output grows.

Search and Pairing

Best practices in search, recommendation, and pairing, applied to the entertainment supply chain, collapse the time and cost of finding the right cross-border partner.

Crossborder Transactions

Transactions increase and accelerate when there is a uniform, universal way to track reputation, credentials, demand, and supply.

Artificial Intelligence

AI dramatically expedites the mapping and pairing of players, their content, and their services at global scale.

Following the money

Tracking global content funding and acquisitions is critical. Following the movement of money through the value chain reveals the trends that matter, by market, genre, language, and dealmaker.

Our Team & Values

We are a team of media industry experts, technologists, and data scientists, all with deep experience in entertainment search, recommendation, and intelligence. We are led by our Founder and CEO, serial entrepreneur Atul Phadnis. Our core team has built and scaled ventures together before.

Our Story

Vitrina AI is the entertainment industry’s first global supply-chain platform. It began with a simple observation: the business of entertainment runs on connections that are far too hard to find, and that friction quietly costs the industry enormous value. Everything since has been in service of removing it.
