Fremantle Announces New Multi-Year Partnership with The Jamie Oliver Group

Fremantle and Jamie Oliver Extend Two-Decade Collaboration

Fremantle has signed a new five-year partnership agreement with The Jamie Oliver Group, strengthening a successful collaboration that spans over two decades. This extended deal solidifies Fremantle’s position as Jamie Oliver’s global TV distribution partner, ensuring his award-winning content portfolio continues to reach audiences in over 200 territories.

Since 2002, Fremantle has distributed 83 Jamie Oliver series and formats to more than 100 clients worldwide. To date, over 15 million hours of Jamie Oliver content have been streamed to 7 million users in the US alone.

Global Rights Expansion and New Opportunities

The new partnership grants Fremantle global rights across TV Distribution, AVoD, FAST, and Digital platforms. Together, Fremantle and The Jamie Oliver Group are committed to exploring innovative entertainment opportunities that further expand Jamie Oliver’s reach.

A key focus will be enhancing Jamie Oliver’s AVoD and digital presence, including The Jamie Oliver Channel, recognized as FAST Channel of the Year in 2023. Currently available across 14 platforms such as Pluto TV and Roku, the channel is exclusively offered on Samsung TV in the UK, Germany, and the Nordics.

Growing Jamie Oliver’s Digital Footprint

The partnership includes a joint effort to expand Jamie Oliver’s digital audience. Following the successful launch of his TV library on YouTube in the US, the collaboration will aim to introduce new generations to Jamie’s extensive back catalogue. Fremantle’s specialist direct-to-consumer marketing, social media, and communications teams will provide dedicated support to drive audience growth.
