All3Media-owned New Pictures has appointed Clare Batty as Head of Development to expand its content slate for global broadcasters. Joining her are Emma Parsons as Production Executive and Brendan Fairweather as Senior Legal and Business Affairs Executive. The hires align with the company’s growth strategy, including a partnership with George Kay, creator of Hijack (AppleTV+).
