Disney has provided AWN with an exclusive sneak peek of the deleted scene titled ‘Who’s The Mole Rat’ from the digital and upcoming physical release of the much-anticipated animated adventure, Mufasa: The Lion King. This film is currently available for purchase on digital platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home, with physical formats set to launch on April 1 in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD. A Journey Through Time with Iconic Characters

Mufasa: The Lion King takes viewers on a nostalgic journey, revisiting beloved characters like Mufasa, Scar, Sarabi, Rafiki, and Zazu before they made Pride Rock their home. The film delves into the remarkable ascent of the cherished king of the Pride Lands, as Rafiki narrates Mufasa’s legend to young lion cub Kiara, the daughter of Simba and Nala, with the comedic duo Timon and Pumbaa adding their signature flair. Through a series of flashbacks, we witness Mufasa’s beginnings as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he encounters a compassionate lion named Taka, the heir to a royal lineage. This fortuitous meeting sparks an expansive adventure for a unique group of misfits on a quest for their destiny.
