Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. plans to invest $8.5 billion in a Las Vegas production center, contingent on Nevada passing a proposed subsidy. The project, Warner Bros. Nevada Studios, will be a collaboration with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Birtcher Development, situated on a 34-acre site at the university’s research park.
