The IABM Hub and enhanced program are set to provide expanded activities and networking opportunities for members and the industry.

IABM is gearing up to present its most comprehensive IBC program yet in 2025, highlighted by the introduction of the new IABM Hub. This expanded central venue is designed to connect, support, and promote our members throughout the event.

Conveniently located next to the IBC Conference, the IABM Hub will feature the IABM Member Lounge, IABM Impact Stage, and IABM TV all in one easily accessible space. It provides a professional environment for meetings, networking, and thought leadership, complete with refreshments, complimentary Wi-Fi, and charging stations.

Saleha Williams, CEO of IABM, emphasized: “Our focus is to maximize the value of IBC2025 for our members. Building on the success of our revamped lounge at NAB, the new IABM Hub will act as a central hub for the industry, facilitating connections among peers and customers, offering valuable market insights, and allowing members to showcase their latest innovations to the global media and entertainment community. We aim to ensure that our members’ experiences at IBC are both impactful and productive, whether they are exhibiting, visiting, or speaking. This is all about enhancing our members’ time at IBC.”

The IABM Hub will feature a dynamic schedule of events. Kicking off the IBC Conference on September 12, the IABM Industry Impact Briefing will unveil the latest findings from the IABM MediaTech Industry Tracker, along with insights into market trends, technology roadmaps, and investment drivers. The IABM Impact Stage will host a full lineup of presentations, panel discussions, and interviews covering topics such as business transformation, technology democratization, and security.

IABM TV will capture interviews at the Hub and on member stands, providing a platform for members to share their expertise and enhance their visibility. The IABM Impact Awards 2025 will celebrate innovation in products, services, and individuals, with the ceremony scheduled for September 13.

The IABM Skills & Development program will support 11 students through its Student Bursary Scheme, allowing them to attend IBC, participate in IABM TV and Impact Stage sessions, and engage in talent-focused events in collaboration with RTS, SMPTE, IET, and the World Skills Cafe.

A new Innovation Arena – Member Technology Showcase will debut, featuring quickfire pitches where members can present their in-development or prototype technologies to an exclusive audience of media technology buyers.

Throughout the event, the IABM team, including the Business Intelligence Unit, Skills and Development, and Member Engagement Group, will be available to support members and ensure they derive maximum benefit from their IBC experience.
