Green Gold Animation studio and animation-VFX training institute Frameboxx have partnered to launch an industry-focused degree program in animation and VFX. This program aims to combine academic knowledge with practical industry experience.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Rajiv Chilakalapudi, Founder and Managing Director of Green Gold Animation, and Rajesh Turakhia, Founder and Managing Director of Frameboxx. As part of the collaboration, Green Gold’s senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will provide 150 hours of hands-on training over three years to address the changing needs of the industry.

Students will also receive mentorship on real production projects in the final year. Chilakalapudi stated, “Our goal is to integrate our industry expertise into academic learning, offering students a practical insight into studio operations, project execution, and quality standards.” Turakhia added, “Enrolled students will have access to live projects, masterclasses, workshops, and project reviews by Green Gold’s experts at Frameboxx centers nationwide.”

The program will grant a joint certification from both organizations, in addition to the degree from the affiliated university.
