Gravitas Ventures, a division of Radial Entertainment, has officially acquired the U.S. and Canada distribution rights for Deny Gallagher’s debut feature film, “Americano”. This exciting project is produced by Palomino Productions, based in New Jersey, and features a talented cast including Darren Weiss (known for Inside Man and Break) and Rondell Sheridan (famous for That’s So Raven).

The film made its debut at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, where it garnered attention for its compelling storyline. Americano follows the journey of Jack Armstrong, a college basketball star whose aspirations of going pro are shattered when he tears his ACL during his senior year. Returning home to rehabilitate, Jack hopes to revive his basketball dreams while managing the family coffee shop, aptly named Americano.

As he navigates this challenging transition, Jack reconnects with his high school friends and faces off against a local businessman intent on taking over the coffee shop. The film also features performances from:
