Facilis is expanding its server offerings to support higher capacities, with options now available up to 720TB in a 4U form factor and 1.4PB in an 8U form factor. This increase will assist users needing larger disk-based online and nearline solutions for their data storage. Moreover, Facilis is launching nearline storage options at significantly lower costs compared to fully featured Hub storage, starting at 384TB in capacity with the upcoming release of 8.3.3.

In partnership with Atto Technology, Facilis will support new Thunderbolt 5 adapters, including the ThunderLink TLFC-5642 (64Gbps Fibre Channel) and ThunderLink NS 5102 (100Gb Ethernet). These adapters are optimized for high-speed media transfers and, when used with the Facilis shared file system, can accommodate high-end 8K video editing up to uncompressed quality.
