The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) has revealed its newly elected board officers and regional governors, who will begin their terms this month.

Serving two-year terms from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, the following officers have been elected:

• Chris Lapp – Membership Vice President
• Troy English – Finance Vice President
• Raymond Yeung – Standards Vice President (re-elected for another term)
