Utopai Studios and Stock Farm Road Announce Multibillion-Dollar AI Venture to Globalize K-Content

Stock Farm Road and Utopai Studios Launch Utopai East, Fusing AI Production with Korean IP

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA & SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – November 3, 2025 – Utopai Studios, an AI-native film and television production company, has announced the formation of a multibillion-dollar joint venture with Stock Farm Road, a global innovation and investment firm co-founded by LG Group scion Brian Koo. The new collaboration, named Utopai East, is focused on leveraging proprietary AI technology and international infrastructure to accelerate the expansion of Korean film and television (K-Content) into the U.S. and global markets.

Joint Venture Formation and Scope

The partnership designates Utopai Studios as Stock Farm Road’s exclusive AI-technology partner within the entertainment sector. Utopai East is structured as a 50-50 endeavor, combining the capital and global infrastructure provided by Stock Farm Road with the advanced production intelligence and filmmaking workflow of Utopai Studios.

The multibillion-dollar investment is committed to building new creative infrastructure aimed at fusing Korean creative energy with advanced production intelligence. The venture plans for its first collaborative content to be released next year.

Technology and AI Integration

Utopai Studios will manage the joint venture’s AI production technology arm, integrating its proprietary, human-led AI workflow across large-scale, cross-border projects designed to meet Hollywood production standards. The company’s AI approach is positioned to enhance storytelling efficiency, with reports indicating potential production timelines that are significantly shorter and more cost-effective than traditional methods.

The initiative is also strategically linked to Stock Farm Road’s plans to develop a 3-gigawatt AI data center hub in South Korea, which will ensure the necessary compute capacity for demanding generative workflows, including high-fidelity text-to-video and localization at scale.

Leadership Commentary

Cecilia Shen, Co-Founder and CEO of Utopai Studios, highlighted the venture’s operational philosophy:

“Our workflow is designed to work alongside filmmakers, not in place of them. This partnership allows us to take the principle of building creative infrastructure—where human artistry and production intelligence advance together responsibly and at scale—beyond our own studio.”

Brian Koo, Founder and Chairman of Stock Farm Road Inc., commented, “This joint venture signifies our commitment to creating next-generation content that resonates globally and pushes the boundaries of technology and creativity, strengthening cultural and economic ties between Korea and the United States.”
