Sony Pictures Television has promoted Mike Wald and Jason Spivak to co-presidents of distribution and networks. They will oversee post-theatrical film distribution, worldwide TV distribution, and cable networks in Latin America and Europe, reporting to SPT chairman Keith Le Goy. Wald previously led international distribution, while Spivak co-headed North American distribution.
