RedBird IMI, led by Jeff Zucker, acquired All3Media, a major TV producer behind “Squid Game: The Challenge” and “Call the Midwife,” for $1.45 billion from Warner Bros. Discovery and Liberty Global. This expands RedBird’s portfolio in news, entertainment, and sports, adding scripted, unscripted, and film titles alongside their previous investments in Media Res and Skydance Media.
