• TV2 (Denmark) to launch reality competition Kongens Efterfølger (King of the Castle) hosted by actor and comedian Tobias Dybvad.

Saturday, July 26 from 20.00 to 21.05, TV 2 will launch the reality competition Kongens Efterfølger (King of the Castle), where six Danish celebrities compete in a series of absurd challenges to win the honorary title of “Den kongeste konge” (The King of Kings). The participants face off in quirky challenges such as sack races and knight duels. The game takes place at the historic Rosenholm Castle, where competitors earn gold coins and privileges, all under the watchful eye of the “master of the court,” Tobias Dybvad. The goal is to challenge the current king in a royal duel, where the winner takes the crown. However, the reigning king can complicate matters for the others by assigning disadvantages, making the competition more unpredictable. The final day holds the ultimate battle for the throne. 8 weekly episodes. Prod: Laud People
