Meta Media Entertainment Takes on Global Distribution for Rainbow Crew

 

Meta Media Entertainment has been appointed as the worldwide distributor (excluding China) for the animated series Rainbow Crew. This exciting project is a collaboration between Perfect Kunpeng Animation, a subsidiary of iHuman Inc., a prominent Chinese technology and educational product company, and iQIYI, a leading online entertainment platform in China.

Successor to Cosmicrew

 

The new 26-episode series, available in both Chinese and English, builds on the success of Perfect Kunpeng’s acclaimed six-season series, Cosmicrew, featuring the beloved Rainbow characters. Since its launch in October, Rainbow Crew has achieved remarkable success, ranking No. 1 in China across all kids’ content on streaming platforms for four consecutive weeks.

A Heartwarming Adventure

 

Rainbow Crew invites audiences into a colorful, heartwarming adventure featuring a group of animal friends who unite to tackle emotional and physical challenges in their community. The team includes four girls: Rainbow, the intelligent and kind rabbit captain; Hazel, the courageous horse; Briana, the gentle sheep; and Aurora, the spirited hamster.

Together, they confront crises instigated by Victor, a sly wolf who transforms animals overwhelmed by their emotions into jelly monsters, causing chaos in their town. Through empathy, teamwork, and a touch of magic, the Rainbow Crew helps these animals manage their feelings, restoring peace to their community.
