Chesterfield, UK / Toronto, Canada — Film Volt Group is proud to announce a major development in its groundbreaking international TV program The Veteran, which has been in active development for UK, US, and Australian television. The series will now officially go into production for Ukrainian TV in collaboration with our new partners for the 2025/2026 broadcast season.

The Veteran brings to life the emotional and physical trials that veterans face across the globe, spotlighting their strength, resilience, and humanity in the face of adversity. With a powerful new format tailored for Ukrainian audiences, the show will now include an added twist—an immersive and emotionally driven narrative that blends real-life accounts with dramatized elements, bringing global veteran experiences into sharp and deeply personal focus.

The Ukrainian edition of The Veteran will follow the same enhanced format being developed for other countries, combining cinematic storytelling with documentary realism, and featuring local voices, untold stories, and powerful visuals that reflect the unique experiences of Ukrainian veterans. This unified yet locally rooted approach ensures the series resonates with international and domestic audiences alike.
