Nancy Yeaman: A Proven Leader in Content Development

 

In her newly established role as COO, Yeaman will spearhead Brain Power Studio’s growing initiatives in intellectual property creation and corporate affairs. Previously serving as the EVP of Kids and Original Content, she played a crucial role in managing the company’s content business affairs, including talent negotiations, IP acquisitions, and writer agreements.

 

Yeaman brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at Portfolio Entertainment Inc. and WildBrain, where she held senior development positions that honed her expertise in the industry.

Rimma Belau: Financial Expertise to Drive Growth

 

Joining the team, Belau will oversee production and corporate finance, along with risk management. She will lead efforts in financial consolidation and build strong relationships with third-party lenders and auditors.

 

A seasoned CPA with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance across both the entertainment and manufacturing sectors, Belau previously held the position of Finance Manager at TimePlay Inc..
