Boat Rocker Media has divested its majority stake in Untitled Entertainment to TPG for C$51.6 million in cash and an 8.8% equity share in TPG’s new talent management venture. Boat Rocker plans to use the proceeds to invest in owned IP and explore potential mergers and acquisitions.
