Banijay UK has acquired Caryn Mandabach Productions Limited (CMP), known for producing “Peaky Blinders”. Caryn Mandabach will transition to Conduit Productions under Banijay UK for a first-look deal, managing all future projects, including the “Peaky Blinders” movie.
