Recently, renowned Marvel insider @MarvelLeaks22 fueled excitement by posting a photo of SRK and hinting at a possible collaboration. They promised further updates, and the latest buzz suggests that discussions between Khan and Marvel are indeed taking place.

It’s important to note that this project does not pertain to the upcoming ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, which is currently in production. If confirmed, this would position SRK among a select group of Bollywood actors—such as Farhan Akhtar, Harish Patel, and Mohan Kapur—who have ventured into this global franchise.

The tweet stated, “NEWS/RUMOR: Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) is rumored to be in early talks with Marvel Studios for a role in a future project (NOT AVENGERS DOOMSDAY).”

Previous Endorsements and Fan Anticipation

This news comes shortly after Anthony Mackie, star of ‘Captain America: Brave New World’, named Shah Rukh as his top choice for a Bollywood actor to join the Avengers. Mackie praised SRK as a “damn best” and expressed a desire to “fly” to an island near India, hinting at a storyline involving an Indian superhero or villain emerging from the Indian Ocean.

Shah Rukh Khan’s influence within the Marvel fandom is not a new phenomenon. He has made appearances in the MCU as himself, being the favorite actor of Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan. Additionally, a song from his film Swades featured in ‘Deadpool 2’.

Even Benedict Cumberbatch, known for his role as Doctor Strange, has previously endorsed the idea of SRK joining the MCU, recognizing his immense talent and stature.
