We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing upsells, upgrades, and inbound inquiries. You will also play a key role in mining signals and identifying potential leads, helping us expand our reach and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and process upsells and upgrades.
- Identify and generate new leads by analyzing market signals and customer behavior.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
