Mediawan has acquired a majority stake in OUR Films, a Rome-based production and film financing company. Founded in early 2024 by Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Mieli, OUR Films collaborates with both established and emerging filmmakers worldwide on features, documentaries, and series. This acquisition supports Mediawan’s strategy to strengthen its global footprint in the entertainment industry.
