After Bark, the live-action division of Flying Bark, is collaborating with Mad Ones Films and Minor Realm to produce Tilda Cobham-Hervey‘s first feature film as a director, It’s All Going Very Well…. The film features Jonathan Pryce, Roxie Mohebbi, and Chris Alosio, with Cobham-Hervey also starring in the lead role of Audrey.

Written by Cobham-Hervey, the story centers on Audrey, an aspiring artist working in a care home. There, she develops a profound bond with Harold, a charismatic elderly resident. As Harold nears the end of his life, Audrey views preserving their friendship as her most meaningful artistic expression.

The film is produced by Liam Heyen of Mad Ones Films and Dev Patel of Minor Realm, alongside Cobham-Hervey, Jomon Thomas (Monkey Man), and Alexander Rodnyansky. Coco Garner Davis of After Bark serves as co-producer, with Barbara Stephen, CEO of Flying Bark, acting as executive producer alongside Cyna Strachan of Mad Ones.

It’s All Going Very Well… has secured significant production funding from Screen Australia and S’ya Concept, in partnership with the South Australian Film Corporation. Additional support comes from Screen NSW and the Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund. Kismet will manage local distribution, while New Europe Film Sales will represent the film at the European Film Market in Berlin.

This project marks the first official release under the After Bark label since its launch in 2022. Filming took place in Adelaide, and post-production is currently underway. The film follows the international success of Cobham-Hervey’s short film A Field Guide to Being a 12-Year-Old Girl, which won the Crystal Bear for Best Short Film at Berlinale Generation KPlus in 2018.

Producer Liam Heyen praised the partnership with After Bark, saying, “From the outset, Babs, Coco, Amy, and the full After Bark team have been creatively aligned with Tilda’s distinct vision for It’s All Going Very Well… and have brought their special brand of magic to the project, for which I am very grateful.”

Barbara Stephen described the film as “a milestone moment” for After Bark, emphasizing it as the first of many scripted and unscripted projects in development. Coco Garner Davis added that Cobham-Hervey’s debut feature represents the kind of “bold, artist-driven project” the company aims to support. “It’s an exciting first step for us, and we’re delighted to partner with Tilda, Liam, Dev, and the entire team of extraordinary storytellers,” she said.
