Audio isolation leader AudioShake (USA) has announced the launch of its first streaming-capable SDKs for real-time music detection and removal. Announced on December 2, 2025, the technology allows broadcasters and sports leagues to automatically strip copyrighted music from live feeds while preserving dialogue and crowd noise. This solution addresses the growing liability of background music in stadiums and public spaces, helping media teams avoid global distribution blocks and fines.
CEO Jessica Powell highlighted that the SDK, optimized for NVIDIA GPUs, offers low-latency performance suitable for on-the-fly editing and programmatic compliance. Major clients already utilizing the tech include NFL Films, BET, and large U.S. film studios for tasks spanning archival cleanup to international distribution prep. The system also gives creative teams fine-grained control to rebalance noisy mixes or boost speech during fast-paced live productions.
Currently available for iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux, the AudioShake SDK is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. This release targets the immediate needs of the live-streaming supply chain, where copyright claims often result in muted audio or financial penalties. By providing a “safe” audio environment, AudioShake empowers broadcasters to maintain seamless workflows across all digital and terrestrial platforms. (USA)
