The update features ‘AI Mate’, a conversational assistant that executes edits and generates assets through chat, and ‘AI Extend’, which uses generative AI to lengthen clips by up to eight seconds. Technical upgrades include a new 32-bit audio pipeline for higher fidelity and ‘Auto Normalization’ to meet platform-specific loudness standards. For complex projects, V15 adds dual-timeline editing and subproject support, allowing editors to manage multiple compound clips with increased efficiency and smoother previews.

Available as of November 2025, the version integrates the ‘Nano Banana’ model for high-quality AI image upgrades.
