Faceform has released Wrap 2025.11 and Wrap4D 2025.11, providing major upgrades to its standalone 3D scan processing tools used by studios like Framestore and The Mill. The update introduces the DeltaTransfer node for seamless retargeting of facial animations between characters and the StretchVertexMask node for computing deformation masks. These tools streamline the creation of digital doubles for high-end visual effects and gaming projects.
The Wrap4D 2025.11 edition further optimizes complex studio pipelines with new Project and Script nodes, allowing users to chain sub-projects and run external Python scripts directly within the node graph. For the first time, audio nodes have been integrated into the 4D workflow, enabling synchronized playback of WAV files with 3D animations to ensure precise performance capture reviews.
Available for Windows and Linux, the software maintains its accessibility with free versions for educational institutions and perpetual licenses for professional sellers and artists. These enhancements focus on minimizing technical manual labor, allowing production teams to accelerate model reconstruction from volumetric sequences. The latest versions were officially launched in late December 2025. (Armenia)
