Panorama Studios International has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with M/s. AMP Studio to acquire the worldwide theatrical and non-theatrical rights to the Gujarati film ‘Paatki’. Directed by Abhinay Deshmukh, the film features a notable cast including Shraddha Dangar, Gaurav Paswala, and Hiten Tejwani. The deal grants Panorama complete control over the film’s distribution strategy across all global territories, including the domestic Indian market.

This strategic partnership marks a significant expansion for Panorama Studios into the regional Gujarati cinema sector. As the buyer, Panorama intends to exploit both traditional theatrical channels and emerging non-theatrical platforms to maximize the film’s commercial reach. The production, led by the creative crew at AMP Studio, is positioned as a high-concept regional thriller with the potential for cross-cultural appeal through dubbed versions.

The agreement was officially announced on December 26, 2025, in compliance with SEBI regulations. Panorama Studios, led by promoter Kumar Mangat Pathak, continues to aggressively build its regional content library through such exclusive acquisitions.
