Marketing giant BlueFocus (China) has become the first in its region to exceed RMB 60 billion in annual revenue, posting a 15.5% year-on-year increase for 2024. The company’s success is attributed to its “All In AI” strategy, with its proprietary ‘BlueAI’ model now powering over 95% of its operational workflows. CEO Pan Fei projected that AI-driven revenue, which reached RMB 1.2 billion in 2024, is expected to surge to RMB 10 billion in the long term.

The firm’s “Globalization 2.0” strategy has also seen overseas advertising revenue reach RMB 48.3 billion, accounting for nearly 80% of total earnings through partnerships with Meta, Google, and TikTok. BlueFocus is expanding its localized network with new offices in the United States, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia to support its cross-border DTC brand self-incubation. This expansion into the global marketing supply chain positions the company as a leader in AI-native content and virtual human IP.

Looking toward 2025 and 2026, BlueFocus aims to reinvent 80% of its revenue streams through AI, focusing on high-margin, technology-led growth. The company’s metaverse division has also gained traction, leveraging xR and AI to build e-commerce live-streaming platforms. This financial milestone underscores the shifting dynamics of the global advertising sector, where AI integration is becoming the primary driver of commercial viability and organizational efficiency.
